OCF takes all compliments, suggestions and complaints seriously and is committed to managing complaints in an accountable, transparent, timely and meaningful way.
All OCF clients and key stakeholders have the right to provide compliments and suggestions or lodge complaints about their experiences and have their complaints handled fairly and as quickly as possible.
